A serving (25 g) of hot chocolate powder is needed for a cup of hot chocolate, which can be prepared in the most delicious and thick way similar to pudding cooking. Depending on the desired density, let us heat up 150-200 ml of milk, and when it is lukewarm, stir in the hot chocolate powder, then let us heat it to a good warm or hot state, stirring constantly, and it will thicken nicely. No sugar is needed. No need to boil ! ( use only non-stick pan )
